Each week our meats are hand selected from 18-20 month old steers and dry aged 2-4 weeks to maximize the flavor and tenderness. Our USPA Wide 2 Choice and Prime Angus cattle are grazed in the Eastern Shore area with a corn and alfalfa feed supplement to provide marbling. Some cattle are available without the use of antibiotics and growth hormones.
