Each week our meats are hand selected from eighteen to twenty month old steer and dry aged two to four weeks to maximize the flavor and tenderness. Our USDA Yield Two Choice and Prime Angus cattle are raised on the Eastern Shore. They feed on an all-grass diet with a corn and alfalfa supplement to provide marbling. All our cattle are antibiotic and hormone-free.
